Batteryplex’s batteries, chargers and all products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Upon receipt of your item(s), please verify that the package is in sound condition. Also, please keep all packaging materials. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15-days of receipt of your item(s) so we can expedite your return request.

All returns require a RMA number (return merchandise authorization number). To obtain your RMA number, you can call (954) 247-8798 or email us at [email protected]. In your email, please include order number, full name, day-time phone and the reason for the return. You will be emailed or contacted with a Return Merchandise Authorization number with shipping instructions. Item must be returned to Batteryplex within 30 days of issuance of your RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) to receive credit.

Discounts: We proudly offer group and member discounts for hobbyist, association, governments, school and universities. Please contacts us to inquire availability.

Warranty: Most of our products carry a one year warranty against manufacture defects depending on the use.

Returns: Not satisfied, item not needed or wrong item ordered, please Contact us for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 15 days and once returned in good condition, a refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee will be returned. Item must be returned within 15 days of issuance of the RMA or you will not be refunded. The refund will be issued within five to ten days of receipt of the item(s) either by check or refunded to the credit card used for the purchase. Custom battery packs are non returnable or refundable.

Wrong item shipped: If Batteryplex.com directs you to the wrong battery, please contact our return department at [email protected]. Please contact our return department at [email protected]. Item must be received within 30 days of issuance of RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) to receive credit.

Defective product: Most all of our batteries, chargers and accessories carry a one year warranty against manufacture defects. Please contact our return department at [email protected]. Damaged in shipment: Please call immediately our return department at (954) 247-8798.

Shipment Refused to accept: If a shipment is refused for an order, a $10.00 fee will be charged plus a 20% restocking fee and original shipping and handling cost will not be refunded.

Packaging of Return Item: Please, repackage the item(s) in its original box with the original packing material so as to ensure a safe return. If the item is heavy, it may need additional padding for the return shipment. Please add crumbled up news paper or bubble wrap so item is not damaged. If item is damaged due to improper packaging, credit may be prolonged or denied.

Security & Privacy: Batteryplex.com uses a secure server SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology. Your information is secure and private. If an unauthorized purchase occurs, immediately notify your credit card company and follow there procedures. Please be assured that your information is never sold or shared.

Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to periodic company news, updates, and/or related product or service information, etc.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We offer shipping using UPS, FEDEX and USPS for most products. Shipping and handling charges are pre-pay only. Your order is usually delivered in 3-7 business days from the time your order was submitted and a tracking number will be emailed to you at time of shipment. We do offer rush orders via Next or Second day delivery. Charges depend on weight and shipping method you choose. We also ship internationally upon request. At this time, we are unable to ship to APO addresses.

Most products will ship the same day of your order if it is placed before 1:00 P.M. E.S.T. If it is placed after 1:00 P.M. E.S.T., your order will ship on the next business day. If you place an order on the weekend, your order will ship the next business day (Monday or after national holiday). Delivery Schedule:

Ground – Your order will be delivered within three to seven business days. Second Day delivery – Your order will be delivered within 2 business days. Next Day delivery – Your order will be delivered on the next business day, usually before 10:30 AM.

Note: “Business days” are Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded.

Back-Order Items: If for some chance your item is not in stock and will not ship within 24 hours, you will be contact you via phone or email. You may choose to leave the order on back-order status, and we will ship the item as soon as it is available. You may also decide to cancel your order, if so, your order will be voided and a full credit issued.
